The ATC is a fantastic youth organisation, and 1461 (Wigston) Squadron is one of the leading squadrons in our wing.

Here at 1461 squadron, we participate in a huge number of activities - ranging from adventure training (hill walking, climbing), to water sports (sailing, kayaking), flying, shooting and so much more. If you're aged 13-18 and are interested in seeing what you could be missing out on, please look at our recruitment page. We're always happy to show young people and their parents around the squadron on a parade night.
